allSow is built and operated by allsow.com. This policy explains what information allSow collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. It applies to the allSow app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and to the allsow.com website.
allSow is designed to store your gardening data and help you plan your growing year. We collect only what is necessary to make the app work, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive:
We use this to create and identify your account, and to associate your garden data with it. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
Everything you enter into allSow — gardens, areas, plants, crops, tasks, notes, and schedules — is stored in your account and synced across your devices via Firebase (Google Cloud). This data belongs to you. You can export it or delete it at any time.
Photos you add to gardens, areas, and plants are uploaded and stored in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). They are associated with your account and not shared with anyone else.
If you connect LoRaWAN sensors via The Things Network, readings from those sensors (temperature, humidity, soil moisture, CO₂) are received by allSow and stored against your garden. This data is only visible to you and anyone you have shared the garden with.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your garden data to train AI models.
We use a small number of third-party services to run allSow:

If you share a garden with other allSow users, those users will be able to see the garden data, areas, plants, crops, tasks, and photos within that garden, according to their role (owner, gardener, or visitor). Be mindful of what information you include in gardens you share.
If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have rights under UK GDPR and GDPR including the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us below.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and garden data will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for longer.
allSow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.
